Reviewer's Responsibility
Reviewers are responsible for providing an objective, fair, and timely evaluation of submitted manuscripts. They must assess the originality, relevance, and academic quality of the work and provide constructive feedback to help improve the manuscript. Reviewers should maintain strict confidentiality and must not use or disclose any part of the manuscript under review. They must also disclose any conflict of interest and decline review where impartiality cannot be ensured.
