Archiving Policy
The Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of its published scholarly content. All published articles, reviews, and other materials are permanently archived and maintained in the Journal's electronic repository and on the official website of the Journal.
The Journal seeks to preserve its digital content through systematic backup procedures and institutional archiving mechanisms to ensure continued access to published works in the event of technical failure, data loss, or platform migration. Published issues shall remain accessible to readers without alteration, except where corrections, retractions, or updates are required in accordance with the Journal's editorial policies.
The Journal encourages authors to deposit the published version of their work in institutional repositories, personal academic webpages, research networks, and other non-commercial repositories, provided that appropriate acknowledgment is given to the Journal as the original source of publication. By maintaining a reliable archiving system, the Journal aims to preserve the scholarly record and ensure that legal research remains accessible to future researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students.
