Author's Responsibility

Authors submitting to the Journal must ensure that their manuscripts are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. The work should be free from plagiarism and must properly acknowledge all sources, including case laws, statutes, books, articles, and online materials, in accordance with the Journal’s citation style.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content, including facts, legal provisions, and references cited. In the case of co-authorship, all contributors must have made a significant intellectual contribution and must approve the final submission.

Authors must disclose any conflict of interest and obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted material used in their work. Any ethical misconduct, including plagiarism or data misrepresentation, may lead to rejection or retraction of the manuscript by the Journal.
