About DMU Journal

Dhanamanjuri University of Journal of Legal Studies is launched in the year 2025. It is an annually published double blind peer-reviewed legal Journal. The Journal publishes exclusively on legal subjects and papers for publication in the Journal are invited in the form of articles, notes and case comments. The mode of publication is in English and the citation of footnoting should be according to Indian Law Institute Rules. Paper already published elsewhere will not be considered for publication in the Journal.


It provides a platform for legal scholars, university faculty members, practitioners, and law students to publish research papers on statutory interpretation, case analyses, and legislative proposals. The purpose is to provide a platform to explore diverse viewpoints on controversial or emerging socio and socio-legal issues.


The vision of this legal journal is to serve as a leading platform for the advancement of legal knowledge, critical thinking, and scholarly excellence. It seeks to promote meaningful discussions on contemporary legal issues, encourage innovative legal research, and contribute to the development of law and justice. Dhanamanjuri University shall be the sole copyright owner of all the published materials. The Journal aims to serve as a platform for disseminating new research findings, theoretical developments and practical applications in the legal field.


Apart from fair dealing for the purposes of research, private study or criticism, no part of this Journal shall be copied, adapted, abridged, translated or stored in any retrieval system, computer system, photographic or other system or reproduced in any form by any means whether electronic, mechanical, digital, optical, photographic or otherwise without prior written permission from the University.


The editors, publishers and printers do not own any responsibility for the views expressed by the contributors and for the errors, if any, in the information contained in the Journal & author shall be solely responsible for the same.
